Guarantee
Any Body Tech NW product found to be defective in material and workmanship during normal use will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion as follows:
Hardware = Lifetime Warranty
Soft Goods = 1 Year Warranty
Please contact Customer Service for Return Authorization (RA)

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be added to all orders. Shipping is via UPS Ground. Next day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day upon request. Shipping on international orders will be via customer’s preference on purchase order.

Shipments out of the Continental USA will have additional costs and a quote for shipping can be obtained via telephone or email.

Returns
Catalog items may not be returned without prior authorization from Body Tech NW. All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Stock items that are returned in resalable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Stock Availability
All orders are based on stock on hand at time order is placed.

Price
Unit costs are as stated. Quantity pricing is available upon request via phone or email. Quotes will be granted in writing upon request and will be honored for sixty (60) days. After sixty (60) days, a review of the quote may be required. Please request all pricing quotes and quantity discounts through Customer Service. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Credit Policy and Application
Terms are 30 days net invoice. A credit application is required for new accounts. Any past due account is subject to a 1.5% per month late charge. Please contact Customer Service for details. Also, please note that Body Tech NW accepts Visa, Mastercard and Am Express.

Liability
Body Tech NW, Inc. shall not be held responsible or liable for events associated with use of the company’s products. Body Tech NW is held harmless from liability in the use of any product.
